Two Gals & A Mop

Horrible service, unfriendly owner.

I would not recommend Two Gals and a Mop to anyone, unless you have the need to feel insulted. I hired them to clean our house before a Christmas party. After the staff left, I realized that one of my bathrooms had been overlooked. I called the owner, who after consulting her with her staff, decided that I was mistaken. I explained to her that the bathroom may have been overlooked because it was a half bath under the stair case, the door might have been confused as a closet door. No, I was wrong the staff had cleaned all of the bathrooms. Excuse me, but I think I know when a bathroom is clean or not.
