At my brother's suggestion, I called Trax Tires and talked with John. He helped me pick out new tires for our 2000 Solara based on our driving requirements. When I went to the store, Jack got the process rolling and answered my thousands of questions including filling the tires with nitrogen. The store was clean, the people were pleasant, the service was great and our Solara feels like a new car. We plan to take our 92 Honda Accord to them for service and based on this experience we have confidence that they will do a good job for us. We are hopeful that we have found a place to take good care of our vehicle needs. Our thanks to John, Jack, Ben and the rest of the crew. I will be sure to post any updates. ****UPDATED**** Within six months, one of the tires was damaged beyond repair after hitting a curb. Turns out the tires were on clearance shortly after we purchased them. We have always purchased road hazard on our tires so we were very surprised to find out that these tires were not covered. At this company, tire hazard and road hazard are two different things. We were not satisfied with their response to this problem or the required replacement purchase. However, they did appear to do a good job on the (more expensive than I expected) brake job for the Honda. Since they have not responded to us, we will be taking the rest of our work elsewhere.
