bad highlights

Had a young woman there do my highlights name started with an "S"-they were suppose to be burgandy/pink- and i have black hair. they turned out all blotchy and orangish-brown. i went back the next day to get it fixed, she didn't re-do the bad streaks, (or even use bleach i think) just put a another color wash over it and it looked more red/brown, not so brassy-still NOT the color i wanted, And if i part my hair the opposite way you can see big black spots in the red-brown streaks- totally limits my hairstyles.i look like a cheetah in the back!..i didn't go back for a third time..I payed 140$ to be Very unhappy...now currently looking for a colorists to fix this-ugh-what a waste of my last paycheck.

I had a full-day of treatments and each one was fabulous! I was using a gift certificate and didn't expect much, but was I ever surprised! The massage was the best I've ever had - and I've had many in several different countries. The manicure and pedicure were exceptional. They included all the extras that some places charge extra for - like leg massage, drying, cuticles, etc., and the pedicure rooms are private which is very unusual and appreciated. The facial was to die for. I was scheduled for just a shampoo and blow (not a cut) but decided to let Janifer cut my hair since everything else went so well. She did so great with the cut that I let her hilight it the next day. She is my new stylist, and Mally's is my new salon. Thanks to all who made my special day extra special.
