My wife's contract was up months ago, and I realize they will keep charging till you decide to cancel. However, canceling is a complete pain. You have to go to the gym and get a cancellation form. Fill it out there? Not so fast...you have to fill it out, send it CERTIFIED MAIL to their 3rd party billing company, then as stated on the cancellation form "It is YOUR responsibility to follow up." So, they are basically saying you will have to hound us to get anything done. I just sent it in, but my odds are I am not done with them yet. I will try to remember to update later.

Just wanted to add that I once went to Core too. To help the last reviewer out a bit. Your contract you signed states that after your 24 months is over from the date on your conract , that the membership will continue until you come into the gym and ask for a cancellation form. So go into the gym and ask the front desk girl for a cancellation form and she will be more than happy to cancel your membership. They are not trying to cheat you I promise. Im sorry you have not been called back, so I would suggest you just go in. So I just wanted to help you and others to know what it takes to cancel. Have a great day!

Not pleased with the overall service. During my membership the customer service was anything but friendly. I've notice some members receive better service than others. To top it off my membership ended in January 2008 and my account is still being charged monthly rates almost a year later. No luck in getting any my phone calls returned either.
