BEBO'S IS TERRIBLE!!!!

I called to find out would the swirl mark remover hurt my clear coat. I also was trying to find their website to browse prices. Well the first time I called I asked the young lady about the swirl mark remover. She didn't know so she put me on hold for about ten minutes then hung up on me. So I politely called back and said we must have gotten disconected somehow. She proceeds to put me on hold again for about five minutes. She comes back and says that it wont hurt my clear coat. Great! Well I had already looked for their website online and couldnt find it, so I asked her what their website was. She replied that she didn't know and she was going to let it go at that and hang up yet agin on an unsatisfied customer. I asked her if their was anyway she could find out or if their was someone else I could talk to because I would really like to know. She transferred me to obviously the manager "Chuck". He wasn't any better. He was actually worse. He sounded irritated from the begining and referred to me as "sweetie" which I found extremely disrespectful. I asked him about the website. Guess what... he said he assumed it was bebos.com....(it's not, I had already tried that) needless to say, he didn't know either. That's bad when the manager doesn't know something so simple. He told me if I would just come down there he could help me. (If he can't help me on the phone why would he be any better in person?) I told him that was a long way to drive to just get some prices. Instead of him volunteering the prices he replies to me "Sweetie, where do you live?" (That's none of his business!...He should be able to help me reguardless of where I live...which I do live about 45 minutes from there, but that is besides the point.) I finally had to ask him about the prices. I wanted to know about several prices and he quoted them all together. So I still have no idea what each thing costs individually. Wouldn't it have been alot easier to just give me the website? Are there any other car wash places in mobile that do swirl mark removal? I really hope that Chucks boss sees this. If I could find the stinking website I would have sent this directly to the man in charge, but this is second best.
